Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy
If within 3 days of receipt you discover any damages caused during shipping, please contact MaskaSoo at MaskaSoo@rogers.com  as all masks are shipped fully insured. Masks can not be returned for refund unless the MaskaSoo determines that there is a fault in the workmanship, otherwise they can not be returned, so please choose carefully. Also orders can not be cancelled for full refund once you have placed your order as masks are made upon demand and are not stock.



Exchange Policy                  
Even though all masks are created for long-wearing comfort, masks can not be custom sized to your face and therefore will not be exchanged due to size or color.


Shipping and Handling Policy
All masks are shipped fully insured. Shipping and handling charges will be charged to you based on your total order. All shipping charges are in U.S. currency and are  based on an maximum weight, value of your order and shipping service used. Canadian and U.S. orders will be shipped either via FedEx Express service or by Canada Post Xpresspost, unless specified otherwise by the purchaser. For International orders, please allow 4 -6 weeks using surface parcel service. Masks are Canadian made and therefore U.S.A. and International customers should keep in mind that Customs can sometimes create delays.  Any applicable customs duties or clearing charges must be paid by the buyer.

Payment Policy
Checks and money orders, in either U.S or Canada funds, will be accepted. Please make your checks or money orders payable to: MaskaSoo. We require 10 business days for our bank to clear any personal or corporate checks. Visa and MasterCard credit cards are also accepted. All payments must be processed and cleared before masks can be created and shipped.

Confidentiality Policy
Any and all of your personal and financial information given to MaskaSoo will remain strictly confidential. Your name and contact information will be added to our private client list. No information whatsoever will be either given away or sold to a third party. All financial information will be deleted from our data bank once payment has been processed.
