Once you have visited our Masquerade Store or our Mask Gallery and decided that you would like to purchase our masks or would like to find more information on each individual mask, simply contact us at MaskaSoo@rogers.com or by calling us at 905-949-1553 ex.25 or at 416-252-6644.

Ordering - Step 1
Mask Information
Simply scroll down to the masks of your choice to view the information. This section will give you a detailed description of the mask along with its cost and any additional options available. Remember, masks are done one at a time and may be slightly different than the one illustrated on this site. Also, if you want your mask in a different color, you need to contact the artist.

Ordering - Step 2
Purchasing a Mask
To purchase a mask you need to contact us either by email ( MaskaSoo@rogers.com ) or by calling us at: a) Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm at 905-949-1553 ex.25 or b) by leaving us a message at 416- 252-6644.
Note that all prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping and handling costs and taxes are not included in the prices shown. Taxes will be added to your invoice based on the appropriate federal and state or provincial taxe regulations.

Placing Your Order
When you are ready to place your order, please note that it is important that you provide us with your full name, phone number and e-mail address. Your e-mail address is very important to us, as we will want to confirm by email your order; advise you of the applicable taxes and shipping charges; the estimated time of delivery and your delivery tracking information.

Processing Your Order
Once we receive your order, we will contact you by email to confirm your order.
Note that all payments must be processed and cleared before masks can be created and shipped.

Payment
Please note that we accept only Visa and MasterCard credit cards which are processed under AAA Roofmasters. All payments must be processed in full and approved before masks can be created and shipped.

Ordering - Step 6
Shipping and Handling
All masks are shipped fully insured. Shipping and handling charges will be charged based on your total order. All shipping charges are in Canadian currency and are based on a maximum weight limit, the value of your order, and shipping service used.
Canadian and U.S. orders will be shipped either by: FedEx Economy or Ground service; or by Canada Post Xpresspost, unless specified otherwise by the purchaser. For International orders, please allow 4 -6 weeks using surface parcel service. Masks are Canadian made and therefore U.S.A. and International customers should keep in mind that Customs can sometimes create delays. Any applicable customs duties or clearing charges must be paid by the buyer.
